  Aldershot – The “Home of the British Army.”
Amputee Centre, Queen Mary’s Hospital – Where Strike attends an appointment with his specialist.
Barrack, Glasshouse Street – The (fictional) nightclub where Deeby Macc was on the night of Lula Landry’s murder.
  The Blue Anchor – A pub where Strike goes whilst in Hammersmith.
Bromley – Where Strike’s half-sister Lucy lives.
Brixton – Where Strike meets Wilson.
Centre Point and Dominion Theatre – Strike walks past these on his way to The Tottenham.
Charing Cross Road – A major street at the end of Denmark Street.
Chinatown – A frequented place in the Strike series.
Chiswick – Where Strike goes to talk to Guy Some.
  Cipriani – Where Strike meets Tansy Bestigui and Ursula May for lunch.
Claridge’s Hotel – Where Deeby Macc stayed, instead of Kentigern Gardens, the night Lula died.
Denmark Street – The street where Strike’s office (and home) is located.
  The Feathers – The pub near New Scotland Yard where Strike meets Eric Wardle.
  Franklin Row – The street in the Chelsea area of London where Yvette Bristow lives.
Hamleys Toy Shop – Strike buys his nephew Jack’s birthday present here.
Holland Park Avenue – Charlotte Campbell’s neighborhood.
Hyde Park – Strike meets John Bristow here, and they do a bit of strolling.
Kebab Shop – Where Strike and Robin get kebabs so Strike can sober up.
Malmaison Hotel, Oxford – Tony Landry attended a conference meeting here the day before Lula died.
Mayfair – The area of London where the fictitious Kentigern Gardens is located.
New Scotland Yard – The Metropolitan Police Service’s headquarters, where Strike often finds himself.
Ordnance Arms – The pub where Strike meets Marlene Higson, Lula Landry’s biological mother.
Oxford Street – A frequently-mentioned street near Denmark Street.
  Phoenix Café – Where Strike interviews Derrick Wilson and Kieran Kolovas-Jones.
Piccadilly Circus – The iconic circular thoroughfare in London.
Pinewood Studios – Strike goes here to meet Freddie Bestigui.
Serpentine Bar and Kitchen – The restaurant where Strike meets with John Bristow, as well as Tony Landry.
SOAS University – Where Robin goes to find information on Professor Agyeman.
St Elmo’s Hostel – Where Rochelle Onifade lived in Hammersmith.
St. Mawes (mentioned) – The small town in Cornwall where Strike spent half his childhood, and where his Aunt Joan and Uncle Ted still live.
St Thomas’ Hospital – Where Strike goes to find Rochelle.
The Tottenham Pub – Strike’s favourite pub.
Tottenham Court Road – A street near Denmark Street.
University of London Union (ULU) – Strike regularly makes use of ULU’s showers, pool and cafe.
The Windmill – This gastropub on Clapham Common is Matthew’s favourite.
Wong Kei – The Chinese restaurant where Strike meets with Spanner.
