Aldershot – The “Home of the British Army.”

   

The Blue Anchor – A pub where Strike goes whilst in Hammersmith.

   

Charing Cross Road/Tottenham Court Road – Streets near Denmark Street.

   

Cipriani – Where Strike meets Tansy Bestigui and Ursula May for lunch.

 

Denmark Street – The street where Strike’s office (and home) is located.

   

Dominion Theatre – A theatre in the West End that Strike walks past.

   

The Feathers – The pub near New Scotland Yard where Strike meets Eric Wardle.

   

Franklin Row – The street in the Chelsea area of London where Yvette Bristow lives.

 

Hamleys Toy Shop – Strike buys his nephew Jack’s birthday present here.

 

Holland Park Avenue – Charlotte Campbell’s neighborhood.

 

Hyde Park – Strike meets John Bristow here, and they do a bit of strolling.

 

Kebab Shop – Where Strike and Robin get kebabs so Strike can sober up.

 

Mayfair – The area of London where the fictitious Kentigern Gardens is located.

   

New Scotland Yard – The Metropolitan Police Service’s headquarters, where Strike often finds himself.

 

Ordnance Arms – The pub where Strike meets Marlene Higson, Lula Landry’s biological mother.

   

Phoenix Café – Where Strike interviews Derrick Wilson and Kieran Kolovas-Jones.

 

Piccadilly Circus – The iconic circular thoroughfare in London.

 

Pinewood Studios – Strike goes here to meet Freddie Bestigui.

   

Serpentine Bar and Kitchen – The restaurant where Strike meets with John Bristow, as well as Tony Landry.

     

St. Mawes – The small town in Cornwall where Strike spent half his childhood, and where his Aunt Joan and Uncle Ted still live.

   

The Tottenham Pub – Strike’s favourite local.

   

University of London Union (ULU) – Strike regularly makes use of ULU’s showers, pool and cafe.

 

The Windmill – This gastropub on Clapham Common is Matthew’s favourite.

   

Wong Kei – The Chinese restaurant where Strike meets with Spanner.
