Noli Seymour is an actress and a Principal of the Universal Humanitarian Church. She has many tattoos, including two small Chinese characters beneath her left ear which she says mean ‘jinzi,’ (gold) – a reference to the Golden Prophet of the UHC.  Kevin Pirbright tells Colin Edensor in an email that she and other celebrities are used by the church as recruitment tools (Prologue).

Robin first sees Noli during her second visit to the Temple in Rupert Court and then again at Chapman Farm in Dr Zhou’s office. ‘She was a dark, elfin young woman with cropped hair wearing what Robin recognised as head-to-toe Chanel’ (Ch 31).
