While we don’t know the name of the street, we do know that Elinor Dean lives within walking distance of a Tesco because Robin follows her on foot to one while on the phone with Strike. 

Elinor Dean’s home is Stoke Newington is described as a “nondescript terraced house” and becomes very familiar to both Strike and Robin throughout the book.
