On 20 June 2026, J.K. Rowling updated her X header photo to Sigmund Freud’s desk in the Freud Museum, London.
The museum is located in the house where Sigmund Freud lived with his wife Martha and daughter Anna between 1938 and 1939. Anna Freud continued to live here until she died in 1982.
Sigmund Freud was the founder of psychoanalysis. His daughter Anna was a pioneer in child psychoanalysis and worked alongside Dorothy Burlingham.
