“Why didn’t you want your sister to adopt Lula?”

In episode 3 of Strike – The Cuckoo’s Calling, in the final stages of the Lula Landry murder investigation, Cormoran Strike waits for Tony Landry on Buckingham Street in Covent Garden. Tony leaves a building, where we assume he was meeting a client, and after a brief conversation with Strike about Lula, gets in a cab and drives off. 

This scene was filmed on 20th November 2016. J.K. Rowling’s agent and executive producer for the Strike series, Neil Blair, was present on the set that day and was also an extra walking in the background while Strike and Landry talked.
