Bigfoot is the wealthy owner of a software company. His wife has hired the agency to put him under surveillance as she believes he is visiting sex workers. Strikes describes Bigfoot as ‘not only extremely tall, hairy and unkempt, but smelled as though his last shower was a distant memory’ (chapter 8). Hence, the nickname of Bigfoot.

Most of the members of the agency tail Bigfoot at one time or another but do not manage to get the evidence they need against him, despite following him to Stringfellows and seeing him enter the Chelsea Cloisters, a hotel known for housing sex workers.

Eventually a plan is put in place, with Dev Shah agreeing to enter the hotel in disguise.
