Described as sexy and glamorous, Ornella Serafin is the Italian political journalist whose affair with Jasper Chiswell resulted in the end of his first marriage and in the Minister’s youngest son, Raphael. Raphael later explains to Robin that his mother got pregnant with him on purpose in the hopes that Jasper Chiswell would marry her. She currently lives in Siena where she’s “shacked up with an Italian count.”
