Earl’s Court Station

Earl’s Court Station is the Tube station nearest Robin’s new flat on Finborough Road.

In Chapter 34, Strike waits for Robin outside the station before the pair head off to interview Cynthia Phipps at Hampton Court Palace. He’s described as “Standing beneath the brick overhang outside the station exit, yet another cigarette in his mouth…” Troubled Blood, Chapter 34

There are two entrances to Earl’s Court Station and it’s not clear which Strike and Robin planned to meet, although the description of the “brick overhang” seems to suite Warwick Road better.

Robin would have about a ten minute walk, from either exit, to her new flat.
